Through Leadership and Entrepreneurship programs, we aim at supporting the future generation and developing the Leaders of Tomorrow.

Our Purpose
We all want the same thing for our kids. Setting aside the sport, the competitions, the grades, the awards, all we want is for them to be happy and to shine. We want them to be confident with what they have done, where they have come from and where they want to go.
More importantly, we want them to be able to identify the things that they want for themselves and what they see as success so that they can choose the right path for them. This means our role as parents, grandparents, careers is to enable them to see their own capabilities and strengths so that they can stay true to themselves.
Success for our future generation looks different to ours and the path forward will be different. It is not as simple as going from school to work like it was for many of us.
Skills such as being able to think limitlessly and to embrace failure as well as the beginnings of an entrepreneurial mindset will be what is needed to be able to create, innovate and be able to find the solutions needed for tomorrow.
Our children are stepping forward into an evolving and rapidly changing environment, one that we are only just beginning to understand. It is important that the actions of today are made to create an impact for the future so it's critical to thrive while taking others with you.
Today is about gifting knowledge that we wish we had when we were younger so that we could be courageous in the way we stepped into the world. Giving our children the things that we all desire most: a sense of purpose, belonging and the ability to create an impact that is greater than ourselves.
We all talk about finding our tribe and our programs are about our children creating the tribe that brings them to a higher vibration. This is about becoming the co-creators of the future, their own architect, and discovering that community is Global.
We can all contribute to the changes we want to see in the world, but first, we must be able to think beyond today, beyond tomorrow and beyond our children lifecycle so that they can be given the choices that they want.
We believe that knowledge is only of value when we share it with others – all of it not just parts of it!
Who We Help
In our world of collaboration, we lift those around us whilst we too rise.
Raise the Baseline supports leadership and entrepreneurship programs in Australia and overseas, with the proceeds of the Australian programs being used to support our initiatives in developing countries.
Our different programs are designed to support young people as they navigate the different stages of life, starting at 12 to 14 years old for the leadership development program, 15 to 17 years old for our leadership enhancement program to students 18 years and older and aspiring young entrepreneurs.
Financial Literacy Programs
We need to prevent the impending crisis that we face with issues such as homelessness, businesses folding, and global economies’ budgets blowing out. So, let’s begin at the beginning by providing the framework that equips people globally to become self-reliant
Our workshops, training and programs for Individuals, Businesses, Community groups, Not-for-Profits, and Governments are designed to have a profound impact worldwide as they enable and equip people to have choices and support governments in stabilising and improving the global economy.
