Raise the Baseline Global Academy

Developing the Leaders of Tomorrow

Why Raise the Baseline Academy?

We all want the same thing for our kids. Setting aside the sport, the competitions, the grades, the awards, all we want is for them to be happy and to shine. We want them to be confident with what they have done, where they have come from and where they want to go.

More importantly, we want them to be able to identify the things that they want for themselves and what they see as success so that they can choose the right path for them. This means our role as parents, grandparents, careers is to enable them to see their own capabilities and strengths so that they can stay true to themselves.

Success for our future generation looks different to ours and the path forward will be different.

Our children are stepping forward into an evolving and rapidly changing environment, one that we are only just beginning to understand. It is important that the actions of today are made to create an impact for the future. It's critical to not only survive but thrive while taking others with you.

Today is about gifting knowledge that we wish we had when we were younger so that we could be courageous in the way we stepped into the world. Giving our children the things that we all desire most: a sense of purpose, belonging and the ability to create an impact that is greater than ourselves.

This is about becoming the co-creators of the future, their own architect, and discovering that community is Global.

We can all contribute to the changes we want to see in the world, but first, we must be able to think beyond today, beyond tomorrow and beyond our children lifecycle so that they can be given the choices that they want.

“I have brought my daughter to learn about leadership and how to be a great future leader. I advise my fellow parents to do this course, they offer the best training on how to become a great leader. You won't regret it.”

— Mbuko Mhela, mother to Arienavicky

— Bella, student
