The Raise the Baseline Project is dedicated to developing those in marginalised communities globally, by giving them access to knowledge, skills, tools and people whom they would not normally have access to.
It is about developing future leaders globally by lifting the starting point for individuals, regardless of where they are born. Through leadership and entrepreneurship programs, as well as financial literacy we empower the next generation to become the leaders of tomorrow whilst also equipping women and others within their community to rise.

We aim to help young people discover their strengths, build confidence and define success on their own terms. By disrupting the norm and developing skills like creative thinking, resilience, emotional intelligence, social advocacy and conscious leadership, we prepare them to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Through our programs, we guide them to find their sense of purpose and create positive change that benefits both themselves, their communities and future generations.
How It Works
Foundations
Building Foundations through Grassroots Collaboration
We begin by working directly with local partners to foster an understanding of the importance of cultural preservation and leadership development. Together, we empower the future generation to lead from within, drawing upon the wisdom and values passed down from their elders whilst also embedding new knowledge like neuroscience, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and social impact.
This stage is curated to create a foundation of respect and awareness, ensuring that the knowledge embedded in local cultures is not lost but celebrated as a powerful tool for growth.
Deep Connections
Deepening Connections and Awareness
At this stage, we focus on enhancing awareness and being fully present in each community. We invest time in learning, listening, and understanding the unique needs and challenges faced by local partners. This respect for cultural context allows us to adapt our approach, making sure that we are not teaching leadership but sharing knowledge through lived experiences whilst also acknowledging the importance of local wisdom. This helps create a deeper connection and builds trust, enabling us to work together in a more meaningful and impactful way.
Conscious Leadership
Cultivating Collective Conscious Leadership
In the final stage, we encourage the development of conscious leaders who think and act as a collective to then also embed social impact through paying it forward, creating an everlasting ripple effect. Through shared experiences and insights, we foster a collaborative mindset where participants learn to think beyond themselves and work towards a common goal. By empowering leaders to think and act together, the ripple keeps growing changing the lives for generations to come and shapes a better tomorrow—one that honours culture, embraces new opportunities, and inspires positive change.

Our mission is to work at grass roots and support local partners to educate the future generation to lead from within whilst maintaining their culture. It is important that we enable them to see the wealth of knowledge that rests within the wisdom of their elders and their culture so as not to lose what has once served them.
