Morning Kriya sessions (meditation/ yoga) and Body Movement. You will be guided and supported through this journey of Holistic and Energetic practices.
Transfers
Relax knowing that seamless transportation to and from the airport on retreat days is fully arranged for your convenience. *If you plan to stay on we can arrange personal transfer at extra cost
Reflection Time
Plenty of free time is built into the retreat for personal rejuvenation, allowing you to fully embrace your transformative journey in nurturing surroundings including a Private Waterfall on site.
