A Journey of Depth and Discovery

Across seven transformative days, The Conscious Leader Retreat weaves a rhythm of reflection, challenge, and restoration. Each day is designed with intention, creating a balance between deep inner work and conscious stillness so you have the space to hear what truly wants to emerge.

There are moments for silence, stillness, and journaling where clarity unfolds quietly between thoughts.
There are workshops that will stretch your perception, inviting you to explore your values, challenge your conditioning, and lay new foundations for how you lead and who you are becoming.

You will move through embodied practices that reconnect you with the wisdom of your body and support your nervous system to return to ease. Breathwork, movement, and mindfulness form the bridge between the physical and the energetic, grounding insight into sustainable action.

Throughout the retreat, you will also experience the cleansing and renewal of water rituals, a reminder of flow, adaptability, and the power of release.

Each day builds on the one before, anchoring purpose, clarity, and direction, guiding you to lead not from force but from coherence, alignment, and inner truth.

Inclusive Meals
Enjoy nourishing, chef-prepared meals designed to fuel both body and mind throughout your retreat experience.

Wellness Support
Two private sessions with Nat, our Integrative Practitioner. She will support you through your journey with Integrative, Holistic and Energetic practices.

Transfers
Relax knowing that seamless transportation to and from the airport on retreat days is fully arranged for your convenience. *If you plan to stay on we can arrange personal transfer at extra cost

Reflection Time
Plenty of free time is built into the retreat for personal rejuvenation, allowing you to fully embrace your transformative journey in nurturing surroundings including a Private Waterfall on site.

Nature Bungalows
Stay in breathtaking bungalows enveloped in true nature, offering a peaceful and immersive retreat experience.

A Private Session with Cathy
Cathy will meet you where you are at and discuss anything that has been brought up through the retreat to challenge your growth and understanding.
