Over seven intentional days, you will move through deep inner work, conscious reflection, embodied practice, and meaningful connection. This is a space to recalibrate your nervous system, clarify your direction, and reimagine the life you are here to live. You are invited not just to think about change, but to feel it, integrate it, and walk forward with grounded purpose and quiet courage.

When you choose to join the Women’s Healing Immersion Retreat, the journey does not begin when you arrive in Bali. It begins the moment you decide to pause and choose yourself. The moment you acknowledge that something within you is ready to be seen, softened, and restored.

This retreat is a sacred space for women who are ready to release what has felt heavy and reconnect with their true rhythm. It is an invitation to step beyond the roles, the responsibilities, and the expectations, and meet yourself with honesty and compassion.

You do not need to know exactly what will unfold. You simply need to honour the quiet inner pull that says it is time to heal, to realign, and to begin again.

What’s Included

Inclusive Meals
Enjoy nourishing, chef-prepared meals designed to fuel both body and mind throughout your retreat experience.

Wellness Support
Morning Kriya sessions (meditation/ yoga) and Body Movement. You will be guided and supported through this journey of Holistic and Energetic practices.

Transfers
Relax knowing that seamless transportation to and from the airport on retreat days is fully arranged for your convenience. *If you plan to stay on we can arrange personal transfer at extra cost.

Reflection Time
Plenty of free time is built into the retreat for personal rejuvenation, allowing you to fully embrace your transformative journey in nurturing surroundings including a Private Waterfall on site.

Nature Bungalows
Stay in breathtaking Eco bungalows enveloped in true nature, offering a peaceful and immersive retreat experience.

Scheduled Private Sessions
These facilitations will meet you where you are at and discuss anything that has been brought up through the retreat to support your growth and understanding.

Somatic Practices
Support your nervous system and integration with body movement, breath work, meditation and other somatic practices.
