Enjoy nourishing, chef-prepared meals designed to fuel both body and mind throughout your retreat experience.

Wellness Support
Private sessions with Nat, our Integrative Practitioner. She will support you through your journey with Integrative, Holistic and Energetic practices.

Transfers
Relax knowing that seamless transportation to and from the airport on retreat days is fully arranged for your convenience. As well as your transfer to the Safari Lodge

Reflection Time
Plenty of free time is built into the retreat for personal rejuvenation, allowing you to fully embrace your transformative journey in nurturing surroundings including a Private Waterfall on site.

Nature Bungalows
Stay in breathtaking bungalows enveloped in true nature, offering a peaceful and immersive retreat experience.

A Private Session with Cathy
Cathy will meet you where you are at and discuss anything that has been brought up through the retreat to challenge your growth and understanding.
